We ship to Australia and International using Australia Post and local courier services.
How much is delivery?
We use a mix of couriers and Australia Post to deliver Australia and Worldwide.
Shipping timeframes are dependent on your location and an vary based on consumer demand. Once parcels are transferred to the delivery service we are unable to offer guarantee of timeframes. All parcels will come with a tracking link so you can follow the progress at any stage.
We offer a flat rate for shipping to make it easier when shopping at Dusty Girl.
Australia Flat Rate Shipping – $10.00
Australia Free Shipping – Available on all orders over $150
International Flat Rate Shipping – $30.00
International Free Shipping – Available on all orders over $250
What is your returns policy?
You can return or exchange any item for a refund, within 10 days of receiving your original order.
Returns forms not filled out correctly will create a delay in processing.
Sale items are not eligible for exchange or returns.
All goods will be inspected on return. We try hard to accept all returns.
Original tags must still be in place. If you return the item in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. We will notify you by email with the status of your return.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
Please make sure you package the item properly so it can’t get damaged in transit. Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning or obtain proof of posting.
We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
The timeframe we receive your return into our warehouse, it usually takes up to 5 business days to process, once processed, we then ship out the exchange (timeframe on shipping depends on your location) at the your expense.
